Founded in 1955 in Kyoto and well know for its high quality kimono fabrics production using a traditional Yuzen (dyeing) process.
Technique: Unlike other kyoto based Kimono Yuzen company, Kyoho uses the traditional technique of making Kyo Yuzen . It also develops new materials for fashion and also interior design . Among others, Kyouhou has developed a specific technique of dyeing and weaving of artificial suede . This Japanese technique is recognized as worldwide . Kyouhou also use the dyeing technique Aizome ( indigo) and is actively developing new materials.
